Adams Spicy Goulash

Goolash

  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Chuck
  • 1 Tbl. Salad Oil
  • 3/4 cup Rice, uncooked
  • 1/2 tsp. Adams Malabar Coarse Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 3 Tbl. Adams Minced Onion
  • 1 tsp. Adams Garlic Salt
  • 1 Tbl. Adams Chili Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
  • 1 14 oz. can Tomatoes
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Brown meat in salad oil until all pink is gone. Add salt, Adams Minced Onion, Adams Garlic Salt, Adams Chili Powder, and Adams Malabar Coarse Pepper. Mix well. Add tomatoes and water. Stir in uncooked rice. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven. Stir in soup. Serve. Best served with a green salad and garlic bread.
