Sauce - Hollandaise Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Margarine
  • 1 Tbl. Lemon Juice
  • 3 Egg Yolks, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp. Adams Chicken Fajita Seasoning
Combine all ingredients. Cook in double boiler until margarine melts and sauce begins to thicken, stirring constantly. Serve over vegetables, poultry, fish or eggs.
