Cookies - Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

  • 2 1/4 cups All -Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Adams Best Vanilla
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 3.4 oz package Instant Pudding (any flavor)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 12 ounces Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375. Combine flour and baking soda in small bowl. In a large bowl, mix the butter, Adams Best Vanilla, brown sugar, white sugar and pudding mix. Beat until creamy. Add eggs and mix well. Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and the chopped nuts. Drop spoonfuls onto the ungreased cookie sheets about 1 inch apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
