Mix white sugar, Pet milk and margarine in a large sauce pan. Bring to a boil and boil to Soft Ball stage (on candy thermometer). Remove from heat, add ADAMS BEST VANILLA and milk chocolate chips. Stir until smooth, then fold in marshmallow whip and walnuts. Put into two 9x12 buttered cake pans.
Cut when cool.

- 1 1/3 cup margarine / oleo
- 1 Tbl ADAMS BEST VANILLA
- 2 12 oz. packages milk chocolate chips
- 1 14 oz. jar marshmallow whip
- 1 16 oz. package walnuts
