Beef - Italian Beef Pie

  • 1 Lb Ground Chuck
  • 1 Tbl Salad Oil
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp ADAMS GARLIC SALT
  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS MALABAR PEPPER
  • 5 tsp ADAMS MINCED ONION
  • 1 8 oz. can Mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Packages Frozen Chopped Spinach (or Chopped Broccoli or green peas), lightly cooked and drained
  • 1 can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 6 oz. package Sliced Mozzarella Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat and mushrooms in salad oil. Spoon into two quart casserole. Stir in spinach, soup, sour cream, ADAMS GARLIC SALT, ADAMS MALABAR PEPPER and ADAMS MINCED ONION. Cut cheese into strips. Put cheese on top of casserole. Do not cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
