Beef - Pepper Steak

  • 1 lb Sirloin Steak
  • 3 Tbl Peanut Oil
  • 1 cup Green Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Celery, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Tbl Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2-3 Tbl Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tbl ADAMS CAJUN SEASONING
Slice steak into thin strips. Add 1 Tbl peanut oil to a hot skillet. Brown steak. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add vegetables and ADAMS CAJUN SEASONING. Stir fry for 5-6 minutes. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Stir until sauce thickens and vegetables become translucent. Serve over hot rice.
