Ice Cream - Betty Adams No Cook Ice Cream

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 1 Tbl "ADAMS BEST" VANILLA
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Large Can Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 Gallon Whole Milk
Beat eggs in electric mixer until they are light in color. Add sugar to eggs and beat at high speed until mixture is thick. Add "ADAMS BEST" VANILLA, salt and evaporated milk; continue beating until sugar is dissolved. Mix thoroughly into the whole milk. Freeze. (If frozen or canned fruit is added, it must be well drained.) For richer ice cream, use 1 quart whole milk and 1 quart cream instead of the 1/2 gallon whole milk.
