Sauce - Lemon Pepper Cream Sauce

  • 2 Tbl Butter,unsalted or Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbl Flour
  • 2 tsp ADAMS LEMON PEPPER
  • 1 cup Cream or Milk
Melt butter in a sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in flour. Mix until no lumps remain. Add ADAMS LEMON PEPPER. Add milk or cream. Return to heat, stirring constantly until desired thickness results. If too thick, add additional cream, milk or butter. Adjust seasoning. Serve immediately.
