Sauce - Creole Sauce

Serves: 2

» Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. Butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 cup Chopped Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup ADAMS CHOPPED ONION
  • 3 cups mashed tomato
  • 1/4 tsp. ADAMS DRIED THYME
  • 2 tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1 tsp. ADAMS CAJUN SEASONING
Melt the butter and saute the onions and bell pepper until they become limp. Add all the remaining ingredients except the cornstarch, and season to taste with. Simmer for 20 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little water and blend into the sauce. Cook for a few minutes more to thicken.
