Notes: Great side dish for any meat!
Clean and cut asparagus in half. Steam or blanch asparagus. Mix in bowl with all ingredients. Chill for 1/2 hour.
- 1 pound asparagus
- 1 pint, cut cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 thinly sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ADAMS TRUFFLE SALT
- ADAMS PEPPER, to taste
