Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Coat tenderloin with olive oil and spices. Place in baking dish and add wine. Place tenderloin in oven and TURN DOWN heat to 350 degrees. Heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- 2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup white wine
- 3 tablespoons ADAMS HERB DE PROVENCE (or combination of rosemary, basil, thyme, tarragon)
