Chicken - Parmesan and Herb Crusted Chicken

Serves: 4

  • 1 1/2 pounds thin cut chicken breast or chicken tenders
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cloves chopped garlic cloves or ADAMS GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS RED PEPPER FLAKES
  • 3/4 tablespoons ADAMS ROSEMARY
  • ADAMS SALT , to taste
  • ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER, to taste
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs or crushed cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ADAMS THYME, crushed
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Mix breadcrumbs/cracker crumbs and cheese in dish. Beat eggs in a dish. Place flour in a dish. Coat chicken in flour, egg, the crumb mixture. Fry chicken in pan until each side is browned then transfer to cookie sheet and finish in the oven.
