Chicken - Jamaican Jerk Chicken

  • 4-6 tablespoons ADAMS JAMAICAN JERK SEASOING
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 4 chicken quarters skin on, bone in
Place chicken in shallow dish and lightly cover with oil and lime juice. Sprinkle Jamaican Jerk seasoning over all of chicken and rub in. If possible, get some seasoning under skin. Cover and let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours. Grill chicken on each side for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
