Beef - Mongolian Beef

Serves: 4
Notes: Serve over rice for meal. Keep meat slices thicker and larger and place on metal skewer after cooking for a great party food!

  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ADAMS GINGER
  • 1 tablespoon ADAMS GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1//2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 lb flank steak
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 large green onions
Slice flank steak into thin pieces. Dip in cornstarch and saute over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from pan. I small sauce pan mix oil, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and water. Dissolve in brown sugar and mix until thickens. Add steak and sauce back to pan and saute for 1-2 minutes until combines well. Add green onion, stir, and serve.
