Notes: Great homemade ice cream recipe for the little scientist in us all!
Mix all ingredients in metal mixing bowl. Crush small bag of dry ice. Add dry ice in while mixing until you reach desired consistency. Make sure all dry ice is thoroughly mixed into ingredients. Let ice cream sit for a few minutes until it reaches an edible temperature.
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half&half
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons ADAMS BEST VANILLA
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 small bag crushed dry ice
