Make "TORTILLA CRUSTED FISH" recipe under entrees. Fish can be made in fillets and then broken up, or cut in strips prior to cooking to make fish stick size servings. Mix mayonnaise and chipotle pepper until well mixed. Add to slaw and mix well. Warm corn tortillas in pan on stove until pliable. Add fish to tortillas, then top with chipotle mayo slaw. Serve with fresh cilantro and lime.
