Avocado and Mango Salsa

Serves: 6
Notes: Serve with tortilla chips as an appetizer or use on fish or chicken as a colorful salsa topping.

  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS ONION POWDER
  • 1 peeled and diced Avocado
  • 1 peeled and diced Mango
  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 seeded and diced Jalapeno or Serrano Pepper
  • 2 Tbl Fresh squeezed lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped Red onion
  • 1 Tbl olive oil
  • to taste salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together. Let sit in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving with tortilla chips.
