Cupcakes - Strawberry Cupcakes

» Strawberry Cream Cheese Icing

  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 2 Teaspoon ADAMS STRAWBERRY EXTRACT
  • 6 Cups Confectioners Sugar
  • 1 8 oz Pkg Cream Cheese
Beat butter, cream cheese and extract until blended. Beat in confectioner's sugar slowly until thick.

  • 1/2 Cup Butter
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 2 Teaspoon ADAMS STRAWBERRY EXTRACT
  • 1 Cup Pureed Strawberries
  • 1/4 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Baking soda
Preheat 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients in bowl. In another bowl mix Butter and eggs and sugar until blended. Add extract, strawberry and sour cream and mix. Mix dry ingredients with wet - adding slowly - until all blended. Fill liners 2/3 full. Bake 15 minutes. Cool.
