Sausage Stuffed Jalapenos

  • 1 tsp ADAMS CHIPOTLE
  • ADAMS SALT TO TASTE
  • 12 fresh jalapenos
  • 1/2 package breakfast sausage
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz can corn
  • 12 slices thin bacon
  • 12 toothpicks
Cut ends off jalapenos and de-seed. Let jalapenos soak in cold water to reduce heat. Cook sausage into crumbles and remove from heat. Mix soft cream cheese and corn with cooled sausage. Stuff jalapenos with cream cheese mixture. Wrap jalapenos with 1 slice bacon and secure with toothpick. Grill for 45 minutes. Bacon should be cooked and crisp and jalapenos soft.
