Cream Corn Cassarole

Serves: 8

  • 2 16 oz cans corn
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS SALT
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND PEPPER
Heat oven to 325 degrees. Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave until blend able. Mix milk, salt, and pepper in cream cheese. Drain corn and chilies. Mix in cream cheese mixture. Put in glass baking dish and cook for 30 minutes.
