Beef - Grilled Chipotle Steak

  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 1 large French bread
  • 1/4 cup, shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Follow marinade instructions. Grill steak until done. Use reserved marinade to coat steak as cooking. Cut French bread in half and butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Place bread on grill or in oven to toast and melt cheese. Slice steak thinly and serve with bread on the side or place cut steak in between bread and serve in single serving size.

» Marinade

  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Lime Juice
  • 1 chopped medium Tomato
  • 1 chopped chipotle pepper in adobe sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 clove, minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS CAYENNE PEPPER
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS PAPRIKA
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • to taste ADAMS GROUND PEPPER
  • to taste ADAMS SALT
Mix all marinade ingredients together and place 3/4 of the marinade in a large zip lock bag. Place 1 pound flank steak in bag. Let sit in refrigerator for a least 1 hour.
