Sauteed Squash in Italian Seasoning

Serves: 4
Notes: Use basic Itailian seasoning blend found under SEASONING BLENDS AND RUBS for this recipe.

  • 2 yellow squash
  • 1 zucchini squash
  • 1/2 thinly sliced white onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS basic Italian seasoning blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC SALT
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Cut squash in 1 inch pieces. Saute onion in butter and oil. Add squash and saute for 2 minutes. Add seasoning blend, garlic salt, and pepper and stir. Continue to saute until desired softness.
