Notes: Use basic Itailian seasoning blend found under SEASONING BLENDS AND RUBS for this recipe.
Cut squash in 1 inch pieces. Saute onion in butter and oil. Add squash and saute for 2 minutes. Add seasoning blend, garlic salt, and pepper and stir. Continue to saute until desired softness.
- 2 yellow squash
- 1 zucchini squash
- 1/2 thinly sliced white onion
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon ADAMS basic Italian seasoning blend
- 1/2 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC SALT
- 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
