Slice small mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes in half. In a bowl, mix cheese, tomatoes, oil, vineger, and spices. Cover and let sit in refrigerator until chilled. Can also be served as an appetizer with crusty bread.
- 1 small container mozzarella balls in water
- 1 small container cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ADAMS BASIL
- to taste ADAMS SALT
- to taste ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
