Mozzarella and Tomato Salad

  • 1 small container mozzarella balls in water
  • 1 small container cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS BASIL
  • to taste ADAMS SALT
  • to taste ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Slice small mozzarella balls and cherry tomatoes in half. In a bowl, mix cheese, tomatoes, oil, vineger, and spices. Cover and let sit in refrigerator until chilled. Can also be served as an appetizer with crusty bread.
