Yellow Squash Casserole

Serves: 6

  • 2 pounds cooked and drained yellow squash
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cups crushed cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS DRIED BASIL
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC SALT
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in pan. Soften onion with butter. Mix butter, onion, squash, milk, eggs, cheese, and spices together. Put mixture in casserole dish. Cover with crushed cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes.
