Mediterranean Salad

Serves: 4

  • 9 oz chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 can (3 oz) drained chopped olives
  • 1 can (15oz) drained garbanzo beans
  • 2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 8 oz sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tablespoon ADAMS SWEET BASIL
  • 1/4 tablespoon ADAMS DRIED OREGANO
  • to taste ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Mix vinegar, oil, and spices together in bottom of bowl. Add in all other ingredients. Toss together and serve.
