Taco Salad

Serves: 4

  • 1 box Culinary Tonight Southwest Taco Seasoning Kit
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 small lunch size bag tortilla chips
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 can drained black beans
Make taco beef and guacamole as described on Culinary Tonight Southwest Taco Seasoning Kit. Rough smash chips in bag. On 4 plates, place 1 layer lettuce, chips, and meat and beans. Top with 1 spoonful each of guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
