Orange-Ginger Chicken Spinach Salad

  • 1/8 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC SALT
  • 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 6 oz baby spinach
  • 1/4 slivered almonds
  • 1 pound chicken breast sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND GINGER
  • 1/8 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Heat oil in skillet. Season chicken slices with ginger, garlic salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink. Drain oranges, reserving the juices. Mix the juice with honey in a bowl. Cover chicken with sauce, mixing well. Separate spinach onto 4 plates. Top with chicken mixture, oranges, and almonds.
