Serves: 4 Notes: Serve with sliced french bread for a complete meal!
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound flank/skirt steak
2 tablespoons ADAMS FAJITA SEASONING
1 package mixed greens salad
20 sliced cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup oil based dressing of choice
Cover flank steak with oil and Adams Fajita Seasoning. Grill until cooked through. Thinly slice diagonally across the grain. Separate mixed greens and tomatoes onto 4 plates. Top with sliced steak and blue cheese. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
