Southwest Pasta Salad

Serves: 4

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC SALT
  • 1/8 teaspoon ADAMS RED PEPPER FLAKES
  • 8 oz pasta of choice
  • 1 can (15oz) drained black beans
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
Cook pasta as directed. Drain, rinse, side aside to cool. In bowl, mix together sour cream, peppers, red onion, spices, beans, tomatoes with juice, and cheese. Fold in cooled pasta and serve.
