Bar-B-Que Chicken Salad

BBQ chicken salad

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 can (10oz) corn
  • 1/2 cup bar-b-que sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 10 large tortilla chips
  • 2 tablespoons ADAMS BBQ SEASONING
Lightly brush chicken breast with oil. Generously cover with BBQ seasoning. Grill until chicken is cooked through. Cut into slices and set aside. In a bowl mix BBQ sauce and ranch dressing together. Separate lettuce onto 4 plates. Top with corn and crushed tortilla chips. Place sliced chicken breast on top. Drizzle desired amount of dressing over top when ready to serve.
