Chicken-Corn Chowder

Serves: 4

  • 1 lb chopped, chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS CRUSHED RED PEPPER
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC SALT
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with juice
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND CUMIN
In large pot, heat olive oil. Add diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink. Add onion to pot and cook until translucent. Add cumin, garlic salt and red pepper flakes and cook and stir for 1 minute. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer for 10 minutes.
