Harvest Soup

Serves: 6

  • 1/2 lb pork sausage
  • 2 cans (10 oz) chicken broth
  • 1 can (15 oz) drained, cannellini beans
  • 1 can (10 oz) undrained diced tomatoes
  • 1 package baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons ADAMS CHOPPED ONION
  • 1 tablespoon ADAMS ROASTED GARLIC
  • to taste ADAMS SALT AND BLACK PEPPER
In pot over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink and crumbled. Add dried onion and garlic and stir well. Add all other ingredients together except spinach and mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and add spinach. Cook 10 minutes and serve.
