Black Bean Soup

Serves: 6

  • 2 cans (16 oz) refried black beans
  • 1 can (10 oz) undrained, black beans
  • 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS CUMIN
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 diced avocado
  • 1 tablespoon ADAMS CILANTRO
  • 1 large diced tomato
Mix refried beans, cumin, garlic powder, cilantro flakes, tomato sauce, and water in pan until well blended. Bring to a boil and stir in black beans with juice. Cook for 5 minutes. Top with diced tomato and avocado.
