Zesty Meatball Soup

Serves: 6

  • 18 packaged, frozen meatballs
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 2 large diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS MINCED GARLIC
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS DRIED BASIL
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS DRIED OREGANO
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients except spinach and cheese in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook 15 minutes until meatballs and cooked through. Stir in spinach and cook 3 minutes until wilted. Top each serving with grated cheese.
