Beef - Slow Cooked Rosemary Garlic Pot Roast

Serves: 6

  • 2 1/2 lbs beef chuck roast
  • 2 large chopped baking potatoes
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 large chopped tomato
  • 2 teaspoons ADAMS DRIED GARLIC
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 chopped carrots
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons ADAMS DRIED ROSEMARY
In slow cooker, place onion, potatoes, tomatoes, and carrots on bottom. Place trimmed roast on top. Cover with spices and broth. Cook on high for 5 hours.
