72 Phyllo cups (located in frozen section of grocery store)
1 cup light Karo syrup
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon ADAMS BEST VANILLA
1/4 teaspoon ADAMS ALMOND EXTRACT
72 pecan halves
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, mix all ingredients together except pecans. Place phyllo cups on greased baking sheet. Place 1 pecan half in each cup. With a spoon, fill cup to top. Place in oven and bake for 13-15 minutes until browned and filling is set. Let cool completely.
