Notes: Beautiful and budget friendly way to entertain at a holiday party!
Prepare Southwest taco beef and guacamole as directed on Culinary Tonight box. Fill each phyllo cup shell with taco meat. Top with a touch of shredded cheese blend. Before serving, place small dollop guacamole on top of each taco. Tip - keep in chafing dish or on warmed platter. Add small piece of red tomatoes, red bell pepper, or baked red tortilla piece on top of guacamole for extra pop of color.
