Sauteed Mushrooms in a Red Port Wine

Serves: 4
Notes: Excellent addition to any steak!

  • 1 8oz box sliced mushrooms
  • 2 teaspoons red port wine reduction
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Melt butter and oil together in saute pan. Add mushrooms. Cook mushrooms through until tender. Add red port wine reduction and toss to cover.
