Seafood - Stir Fry Shrimp and Cabbage

  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS SALT
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 tablespoon ADAMS GROUND GINGER
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS MINCED GARLIC
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 teaspoon peanut oil
Combine chicken broth, sherry, cornstarch, salt, sugar, and pepper in a bowl and whisk together. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add sesame and peanut oil to skillet. Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute. Add ginger and garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add broth mixture and bring to a boil. Cook until thick (about 2 minutes), then add in cabbage and green onions. Cook 1 minute and serve.
