Sweet and Smokey Almonds

Notes: Great Party food snack!

  • 1 1/2 cups almonds
  • 1 1/2 Tbl honey
  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS CHIPOTLE
  • 1 Tbl sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ADAMS CUMIN
  • 1/4 tsp SALT (optional)
Line baking pan with parchment paper. In a pan over medium heat, cook almonds until lightly toasted. In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix with almonds in pan. Cook for 2 minutes. Place on parchment paper lined pan to cool. Break apart any clusters before serving.
