Seafood - Lemon Pepper Tortilla Crusted Fish (VIDEO)
4 Fish Fillets
6 corn tortillas
2 teaspoon Adams Lemon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Adams Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed)
1 egg (beaten)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Ground corn tortillas in food processor to make a fine breader. Mix lemon pepper, garlic powder, and lemon juice into breader. Dip fish in egg, then cover in breader. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
