Roasted Brussels Spouts and Pearl Onions with Bacon

  • 1 pound brussels sprouts
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/2 pound pearl onions
  • 4 slices bacon (diced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAM TRUFFLE SALT
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND PEPPER
Wash and trim brussels spouts. Trim pearl onions and remove outside skin. Cut any large sprouts and onions in half if needed. Place in baking dish and toss with olive oil, butter, bacon, and spices. Roast in oven until veggies are soft (about 30 minutes) at 350 degrees. Or instead of placing in baking dish, wrap in foil and place on BBQ for about 30 minutes.
