Chicken - Grilled Chicken Thighs with Fruit Salsa

  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND CUMIN
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS ONION POWDER
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or peaches
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • 3 Tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS BASIL
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Lightly brush chicken with 1/2 of the olive oil. Mix all spices together in small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning blend over chicken and coat well. Grill until cooked through. In separate bowl mix together pineapple, corn, bell pepper, red onion, vinegar, and remaining olive oil. If using canned pineapple and corn, drain well. Serve chicken with fruit salsa placed over it.
