Beef - ALAMO Fajitas (VIDEO)

  • 2 pounds skirt steak
  • 1 bottle Alamo® Golden Ale
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • sliced onions and bell peppers (optional)
  • 2 Tbl lime juice
Sprinkle skirt steak generously, on both sides, with Adams® Fajita Seasoning. Mix Alamo® Golden Ale, lime juice, olive oil, and cilantro in deep casserole dish. Please skirt steak in dish, cover, and place in refrigerator. Let marinate for 7-24 hours for best results. Place skirt steak on medium heat grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. Remove skirt steak from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice beef against the grain. Serve in warmed tortillas with condiments of choice (we suggest grilled bell peppers and onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa).
