Cole Slaw

  • 6 cups shredded white and purple cabbage
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/1/2 Tablespoon sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ADAMS CELERY SALT
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS BLACK GROUND PEPPER
In large bowl, toss cabbage and carrots together. In separate bowl, mix together all other ingredients to make dressing. Pour dressing over cabbage and carrot and toss until well coated. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
