Wrapped Asparagus

  • 3 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 pound asparagus spears, washed and trimmed
  • 8 slices prosciutto, cut in thirds
  • 4 sheets phyllo dough, sliced in long strips
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS TRUFFLE SALT
  • 1/4 teaspoon ADAMS BLACK GROUND PEPPER
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
In bowl, mix together olive oil, truffle salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Toss asparagus in oil mixture. Wrap 2-3 spears with a small slice of prosciutto then a slice of phyllo dough. Place on baking sheet and slightly brush with melted butter. Bake at 325 degrees for about 12 minutes or until phyllo is cooked and golden brown.
