Twice Baked Potatoes

  • 4 Baking Potatoes
  • 1/2 cup Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GROUND BLACK PEPPR
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 teaspoon ADAMS CHIVES
Bake potatoes whole in the oven or microwave. In bowl mix together butter, sour cream, cheese and bacon (reserve a small amount or cheese and bacon to use as potato topping), and spices. Remove potatoes, slice in half, and scoop 3/4 of potato from inside. Make sure to leave skin in tack. Add potato to the bowl and mix well. Mix in milk to make creamy filling. Spoon potato filling back into potato skins and top with a small amount of shredded cheese. Put bake in oven and cook for 15 minutes at 325 degrees.
