Truffled Mashed Potatoes

  • 6 golden potatoes, peeled and boiled
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipped cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ADAMS RESERVE TRUFFLE SALT
Mash boiled potatoes in large bowl. With mixer, blend potatoes, butter, and whipped cream until smooth. Mix in Truffle Salt and serve!
