Adams Baked Fish With Sauce

» Sauce

  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbl ADAMS PAPRIKA
  • 1/2 tsp ADAMS BLACK PEPPER
  • 2 tsp ADAMS BUTTER FLAVOR
  • 2 tsp ADAMS LEMON EXTRACT
  • 3-4 lbs Fish Fillets
Cook sauce slowly until near boiling; remove from heat and set aside to baste fish while cooking. Wash fish and salt each piece. Place in a shallow greased baking pan. Baste with sauce and put in oven that's been preheated to 350. Cook for ABOUT 30 minutes: basting 4 or 5 times with sauce while cooking. When done, remove from oven and serve immediately.
