Cake - Peach Cobbler

Notes: Serve with a scoop of homemade ice cream!

  • 2 cups peaches, sliced
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon ADAMS BEST VANILLA
  • 1/2 teaspoon ADAMS CINNAMON
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix peaches with 1 cup of sugar in a bowl. Let sit. Cover bottom of 2 quart casserole dish with melted butter. Combine remaining sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, milk, ADAMS CINNAMON, and ADAMS BEST VANILLA. Pour in dish over melted butter. Spoon peaches over top of batter. Do not stir. Bake for 1 hour.
